Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we don’t provide refunds if you make a mistake or change your mind. Check your confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately with any errors on your part.
If you do need to change your booking, we will transfer your booking to a different time and date where availability allows and 48 hours notice has been given.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
If you are late for your session, your session duration may be reduced to maintain our booking schedule.
For group bookings where a two-person deposit has been made the below conditions apply:
1.    Deposits will be forfeited where fewer than 48 hours notice is provided.                   Any remaining balance will be returned.
2.   Cancellations in advance of 48 hours will have deposits returned, less a                    cancellation fee of $50 per group.

Terms and conditions
1. Bookings
1.1. Escape Room Albury is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
1.2. If less people attend the game than are booked, the price difference will not be reimbursed.
1.3. If more people attend the game than are booked (up to 8 persons a room) the extra can be paid upon arrival at the game.
1.4 It is your responsibility to check that any games issued to you are accurate and your details are correct on the Online Booking Form. By submitting an Online Booking Form you warrant to Escape Room Albury that all details supplied by you are true and accurate.
1.5. You receive the confirmation of your booking via email only. Escape Room Albury will not send further confirmation via post or text message.
1.6. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team is 30 minutes or more late. In such a situation the money is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
1.7. Escape Room Albury reserves the right to withhold any costs or fees in refunding any money at any time.

2. GENERAL
2.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to cause you any loss of rights or inconvenience.
2.2. The game is designed for a team of 2-8 people per room. You have the room to yourselves and are not joining a group unless you have booked a combined group room.
2.3. Escape Room Albury collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected.
2.4. Escape Room Albury may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
2.5. Due to the nature of the game no photos or recordings can be taken inside the room whatsoever.
2.6. Escape Room Albury is entitled to charge the guests for any damage, which is intentional or caused by misuse of items.
2.7. While you are on our premises, you must follow our rules and regulations, adopt proper standards of behavior, and cooperate with our employees at all times.

3. SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
3.1. Each player will be instructed before their game by their assigned Game Master. After learning the rules of the game, each player will participate in the game at their own risk. Escape Room Albury is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by game room misuse or not following the rules described before the game.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person under the influence of alcohol, non-prescribed drugs or who is deemed unfit, abusive or unsuitable in any way at the sole discretion of the staff of Escape Room Albury.
3.3. Any children under 15 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
3.4. Escape Room Albury recommends customers wear comfortable clothing for the game. We provide a safe place for valuables.
